(2)-h- take every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of
workers

Workplace Safety and Insurance Act Regulation 1101 - a minimum of 1
person per shift must be certified in First Aid and always present. It is
highly recommended that several people per shift trained to ensure a certified
first aid person is always present.

Transportation
of Dangerous Goods Act Everyone from the persons handling paperwork to
truck drivers must be trained and certified every 3 years.
