Davis Training Centre is Ontario’s Forklift Training Leader!

Never having driven a forklift before I wanted to get forklift certified. I called a few places, read reviews, researched their websites and have seen the ads were you can be certified from $49. 95 – 89.95 and then I had to ask myself exactly what kind of training I would receive. After calling a few schools I had decided to contact the Davis forklift training school and spoke with Vince.

After talking with him and answering my questions and concerns I wanted to come to the facility to check it out for myself and after having been given a tour and actually seeing a class session and answering a few more questions I signed up and also I’d like to say that I never felt any pressure at all to register.

The two trainers I had for the three days were awesome, Doug and Joe both fully qualified and really helpful during the course duration. They encouraged us, praised us and of course let us know when we weren’t doing things right.

With the small class we all got equal time on the forklifts, basically once you were comfortable doing the things that the trainers wanted you to do its basically up to yourself how much time you need. I myself felt comfortable after a day and a half on both forklifts and after the three day course I was a fully certified forklift driver.

In closing I’d just like to thank my trainers Doug and Joe for doing a great job as well as Vince for answering my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to tell anyone that wants to be forklift certified to sign up with the Davis Forklift Training School.
